This is a lovely little charity shop in the heart of Sneinton. Over the years we have made many donations to the shop because they do some incredibly important work where it is most needed. The volunteers are all welcoming and do a fabulous job. It's a shame that the woman behind the counter this afternoon (15.2.23) has such a bad attitude; she is constantly on her phone, looks down on people, she's abrupt and lacks simple manners. In her bid to act superior she is letting down the charity. We will continue to donate to the charity to help support the amazing work they do but we hope to be met with the friendly, helpful staff that we have previously encountered.

I am very disappointed with their service and behaviour, I went from a far off area of Nottingham to the shop just so I can give charity to a muslim charity. I checked the closing time and it was 5.30 once I reached there, the time was 5.10, I was about to approach the door of the shop when the staff turned the closed sign on the door, I entered the shop and requested for them to accept the charity but the staff refused to collect the bags mentioning they have closed now, i told them it was three bags of charity and that i came from far and that they r closing earlier than 5.30 but they were adamant not to accept the charity bags. My expectations from them were high as i see them as an ambassador of islam but after this experience i am truly disappointed.
