Awful experience.
5 days to get a voucher.... then still no voucher when I saw them.
Intimidating behaviour from staff -
Scottish fella at the Cowes branch. Be careful around around this one people obviously not had a crb check with the anger raging within.

Lisa was lovely and caring and couldn't of been more helpful but starving and unhelped by this point with hand gestures. It was awful to see.

Lisa is a wasted talent around these people.

The manger/owner shunned Lisa and treated her like rubbish as in telling her not to speak.

The voucher system is a joke if you need food ASAP you will need to be prepared to wait upto a week.

Broken system and these guys are not open to critique feedback or change and just try and be bullies instead of engaging in conversations or meetings.
