When I was looking for a care home for my mother my sister and I naturally researched previous inspections of various homes. Ivy court had an inspection I think around about 2020 ish. One or two things were highlighted but we still decided to visit.
Recommendations had clearly been addressed and we had no worries at all.
It’s an impressive place and we didn’t hesitate to have mum there. It’s so well equipped and immaculate throughout. The staff have been superb and amazingly caring in mother’s complex needs. The communication has been first class.
There are various pastimes for residents and lovely gardens.
Ovi the manager runs a very good home and is a nice guy.
I would not hesitate to recommend Ivy Court.
My mum sadly passed away Boxing Day but the staff were so lovely and caring in our loss.
I cannot thank them all enough.

Ivy Court has been an amazing place for my Mum in her last weeks of life. The staff were outstanding and went far beyond what was expected of them. All areas were spotless and there was always something happening each day for the residents to take part in.
Initially I had looked at the CQC report and was worried however it soon became apparent we had nothing to worry about.

My second visit today and again it was a very pleasant experience. Ivy court is a stylish, warm, welcoming care home. The staff are always friendly and smiling. Today I spent most of my time with Sophie and the regional manager Molly alongside the residents as I sing to them and I could see how much Sophie and Molly love to engage and interact with the residents to make their days better in every way. This is definitely a care home I’d be happy to live in if the situation arose. Highly recommend!

Ivy Court Nursing Home is an Outstanding facility for your loved ones to go and live out there golden years, or for respite.
The staff are a magnificent team, with one aim in mind,to make your loved one feel safe and secure, their wellbeing being a priority, The Manager, Nursing Staff,Carers,Admin,Housekeeping,Activities,are all super friendly and empathetic.
I would have absolutely no qualms leaving my loved one in their more than capable hands.

I have been visiting Ivy Court with my Pets As Therapy dogs for over a year now. I am always treated with the utmost respect and made to feel really valued and appreciated. I would particularly like to single out Diana, Sophie and Charlotte who accompany me on visits. They are a pleasure to deal with and it’s obvious how much they care about every single resident. Süper helpful staff . My mum has dementia from lots of TIAs we only just moved her to ivy court. If my first visit is anything to go by they are a good team. Feel reassured they can look after mum effectively.

My precious Mum has been looked after at Ivy Court Care Home since June 2019. As a family we feel at great peace knowing Mum is in such excellent, expert and caring hands. The staff are lovely and since the new manager Alison came on board the home has gone from good to great. During this past year of incredible stress for all, the home have been incredible at keeping the home Covid free - sacrificing their own social activities outside of work to safeguard residents and colleagues - and we have been so thrilled to have regular Skype calls with Mum. We were also able to visit in person (socially distanced, PPE & screens in place of course), when lockdown restrictions allowed, and the organisation of these visits has been impressive. I am thankful daily that my Mum is in the excellent and compassionate care of Ivy Court. I whole-heartedly recommend this care home.
