We had a two storey extension completed by J Sutton Construction in Spring 2023. We are exceptionally happy with the work done.

Jamie, his team and contractors are all highly skilled, friendly and a pleasure to work with.

We felt that we were always communicated with so we knew what would be coming up in the following few weeks which allowed us to prepare. Jamie made some really good suggestions to our plans too, which we wouldn't have thought of ourselves.

We have two young children, and Jamie went above and beyond coming up with solutions to keep the house safe for them, and as tidy as possible.

We are very happy with all of the work completed, would definitely call Jamie again if we needed more work and wouldn't hesitate to recommend his company to anybody considering this type of project.

Jamie and his team have just completed a 2-storey extension as well as rebuilt/changed some of the existing structure of our house. They have been fantastic from start to finish and we honestly can't fault them. The build is an excellent quality; they turned up every day at 8am on the dot; there was always 1 person on site every day but often up to 4 which meant the work was completed in just 3 months (and there was a lot of work done). Communication from Jamie in terms of updates was excellent. The builders were lovely and friendly and also cleaned up well each day. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Jamie and his team completed dormer renovations front and back and relocated and fitted a new bathroom. We can not fault his professionalism, ability to work around our family during the 6 week project, punctuality and consistent hard work everyday. Jamie was not on site everyday but his trusted team worked hard everyday and we are incredibly pleased with the outcome.

Jamie and Gary arrived to undertake the work on the date given. A doorway was bricked up and matched to the exterior wall. The work was completed on time and to a very high standard.
