Took the lad I care for back for his second visit today & he loved it (as his carer, so did I).
The staff (who anre volunteers)are absolutely amazing & huge support, the canteen is fantastic & cooks a hot or cold meal & snack st such reasonable prices.
There is so much to do under 1 roof, it’s a great place to socialise & the members are so nice & kind.
There is such a good atmosphere & kindness throughout, the staff keep an eye on everyone so there are no negative behaviour at all!

Wish there were more places like this for adults to go & hangout, be independent in a safe environment like this.

Staff work really hard to help and support the community, with no help from the local authorities. They raise funds and have a charity shop in the arcade, this helps them raise the £70000 a year just to keep their doors open. People from the surrounding areas all make good use of the centre, and from what I've seen enjoy the safe and friendly atmosphere. Hats off to you all keep up the good work. It's great to see people working for others and not for profit. Thank you all.

The shop in the town is a must visit , full of bargains at affordable prices. This also supports the charity. The staff are so friendly and welcoming.

A very welcoming, positive and uplifting visit today at Jackies Drop In today. Such a wide variety and choice of activities to enjoy. With very supportive and friendly Staff. The restaurant has a good selection of tasty options with added Daily Specials to suit every taste. Pricing on everything is very reasonable too. Would highly recommended 👌 👍

I think Jackie's Drop In, is a fantastic place for Adults with Disabilities, whether the Adults are Independent, have Carers or Support Workers with them, everyone is treated the same.

The staff, volunteers are very professional, courteous and respectful of everyone who enters the door.
Everyone is welcome!

Of course there are extra charges for some things, to use, but be aware the extra costs must go towards, for instance Gas & Electricity! I'm sure it must not come cheap running a place of this size!!

Jackie's Drop In, in my opinion is worth paying a little bit extra, to see some of my Service Users and my relatives using the sensory room.

Jackie's Drop In, is an Asset to Letchworth, for Adults with Disabilities, that are looked after with Respect, Diversity & Equality?

An absolute necessity to Letchworth, Support Workers and Adults travel miles to get here by public transport, well worth a visit.

Jackie's dropin is a fantastic charity that is self run by raising their own funds, they really do some amazing things there, from music time, to gardening, upto to the games area, movie room, or computer room, there really is enough things for everyone to enjoy, and to top it off visits and trips arrange for days out for everyone. By far the best drop in centre for people with learning disabilities. The staff go above and beyond what they should do to make sure all their members are looked after, not just in the centre but have so many resources to help aid them when they leave. If you are in any doubt I would recommend dropping in and speaking to them. They have everything one could want during the day, and the fact it’s a charity they have done so well!
