We booked a call to collect some of our excess furniture. Unfortunately one of the drivers felt the furniture was 'broken'. It wasn't, it clipped together and you put a block of wood under it, to keep it level. This was a nice piece and should have been recycled for someone else to use it. Be careful when booking things to collect, just in case you get someone whose a bit of a job's worth.

Jacobs Well undertook a house clearance for me at my late father's house. From quoting to the actual clearance everyone I dealt with was so professional and respectful. The clearance cost was very reasonable and its nice to know dad's possessions will benefit those in need.

Newly moved in somewhere and need some furniture in a budget? This is a good place to visit the prices are fair and the team are really helpful. The offer delievery and removal of old furniture if it's appropriate. You may need to visit a few times to find what you want as things come and go.

I have spent 8 days endeavouring to book a storage unit. After ringing dozens of times during the times given, the phone is never answered, they ask that you email but then never reply, they took days to reply on messenger to abruptly say to start process all over again. Don’t answer questions. Gave my number three times, nobody calls. Absolutely Impossible to deal with, so frustrating and no apologies, very poor customer services. Appreciate you’re a charity but Don’t offer a service you can’t commit to. Don’t treat people like this. I persevered and was polite and patient as wanted to support a charity. It got me nowhere. I have Sorted an alternative now, it only took 20 mins!
