Jane was lovely with my son. Said she would contact his childminder and then send me e mails on plans to assist him with his speech.
She never did either. Sent many e mails and tried calling. Nothing back from her. When I eventually got hold of her she said she would call the childminder that day. She obviously didn't. She led me to believe she was there to help and support but she did nothing. Not sure why she feels its okay to not bother when she is suppose to be giving support. So paid for alher service amd got nothing. Find it shameful and so unprofessional. Absolutely shocking.
Would definitely not recommend her at all.

I couldnt recommend Jane more. We have had one initial assesment for our little boy. For the first time we have felt listened to by a professional and we haven't been dismissed for our concerns. We've attended the chatterjack sessions and again Jane has been knowledgeable, welcoming and listened to anything and everything we have had to say. Thank you for your support and we will certainly be recommending to others and be attending more sessions.

I cannot recommend Jane and her team enough! Our son has been having regular fortnightly sessions with Jane for a while and she is just superb! She has been and continues to be a fabulous support to our whole family throughout our journey. She is extremely experienced and knowledgeable. Our son loves his sessions and the difference that Jane has made to his confidence and enabling him to find ways to communicate is invaluable. Thank you!

We would highly recommend Jane. She has played a fundamental part in helping our son flourish and over the last 6 months we have seen a huge amount of progress. She has helped to develop strategies to apply at home and nursery and our son loves attending his sessions with her!
Jane’s support really has been invaluable and we don’t know what we would have done without her!

Jane was nice when my daughter and I met her for our first appointment. She said she'd contact the nursery as my daughter needed a session with her there and she also needed to speak to the staff. However, after paying £60 for an hour of my daughter playing and me explaining the situation she never contacted me, the nursery and never returned any of my emails or calls.
Very unprofessional behaviour so unfortunately I can't recommend Jane. (For reference this was over a year ago)

My son had a nasal S sound and after having not much luck under the NHS for a number of years I decided to try out Jane Mullen. Best decision I could have ever made.
Weekly sessions and 5 months later no more nasal speech. Jane was so patient with him and he absolutely loved her sessions.

We have an incredible amount of respect and appreciation for Jane. She is wonderful!

Our son has severe speech delay and was having no luck with the NHS. I needed to find a way of supporting his needs fully. When I was asking for recommendations for a private speech therapist just over a year ago, Jane came highly recommended and we could instantly see why.

Jane's knowledge beyond speech therapy has been a real help too, including around support needed at school.

Jane isn't local to us, but she is worth the journey and our son loves his sessions with her. We continued with Jane even once we received proper engagement with NHS services.

We did a drop in session with Louisa and she was amazing with our little girls. We were happy with the service that they offered and requested further sessions. We filled in all the forms they required and after a week I called to see what was going on, the receptionist said she will request someone to get in contact. It’s now 5 months later and we have still had no contact from them.

What is the point in doing drop in sessions if you not going to contact people about further sessions, it feels like they cherry pick the children they what to work with.
