Wished to support a local charity with an initial (small'ish) job in Balsall Heath to hopefully lead on to greater projects (commercial refit/groundworks/fencing/cladding etc) but initial contact was so oddly inefficient it didn't bode well for any future progress. In any event they never got back to me as they had promised.
I hope my experience was a one-off but just a bizarre encounter.

What they do here for the poorer community's are amazing. From education ESOL to going back into work the support is here the staff are amazing and also if you ever though of hiring a Doula then here is the place to go. They need more sponsors do they continue the amazing work
