Staff pleasant enough but the doctors/nurses are unapologetically slow. Waited an hour after designated appointment even though the waiting room was empty (and unbearably hot) and took over an hour for a very basic procedure, even the wound dressing was terribly applied. Overall underwhelmed. Even the damn parking meter was a pain. Not a tight ship that's for sure

Five star rating with out a doubt !
Mr Moon ( Mr dermatology ) and Jan the theatre nurse performed a procedure with sensitivity and kindness. Bed side manner and rapport between them second to none. My stitches are now out and everyone comments on the fine needlework. Thank you.

Attended two appointments here this past week and cannot thank the staff enough for their kindness, professionalism and reassurance. From reception staff to the Drs and nurses.
I know they are doing the skilled job they are trained for, but it's how they do it and their individualised reassurance that made what was a scary experience into a much more relaxed situation. Amazing staff. We're very lucky to have this healthcare support in our region. Thank you.

I have now attended the John Parkes Unit twice, once a month ago and then two days ago.It has been MY pleasure to attend this caring, attentive, professional and friendly staff.I mean ALL STAFF from cleaners, receptionists, nursing assistants, nurses, doctors,EVERYONE from top to bottom.
They have a charm that’s seldom seen,or felt,in this type of situation and it totally relaxes the patients/visitors that they have, probably 5,maybe even 6 days a week.
I honestly mean every single syllable of the above,I simply mean it really was MY pleasure and I only wish England had won the World Cup,I spoke with receptionists telling them that this Scotsman was rewarded by my now deceased father, who said,’son IF you win the school sports championship you will get a brand new football kit for winning the competition.’ I DID and true to his word We went to Glasgow,Greaves’ Sport Shop,it’s still there. This was 1977 when football kits were not, nowhere near as commonplace as they are nowadays,I made damn sure I did,I won every event, easily.
So We were in the shop and my father shouted to the assistant to get his attention,he came over and my Da said,’Please get this Bhoy whatever football kit he wants,’My Family are Celtic FC🍀 since 1888,to the bone; and I’m guessing that my Da would’ve been thinking;definitely Celtic home or away kit. So,the young man leaned over and asked me ‘so what kit are you going to choose,’ I replied ‘a Full England football kit, please.’
Well, the shop assistant looked at my Da for the okay,he turned to me,his jaw gaping, kinda shook his head a bit, then nodded at the assistant.
I have photographic eveidence of this with the kit and the cup,as my mother, now also deceased, was wise enough to keep pictures and kind enough to pass them onto me a few years before her demise.Hence wanting England to literally do like the song says...’It’s coming home,it’s coming home’ I don’t like that song as it raises the expectations of the English population and serves the England team no good, imho.
So,the belief that All Scots dislike the English is NOT TRUE,well, for me anyway.
Enough of my past,IF you are reading this please pass my regards to All @John Parkes Unit, they really are doing a WONDERFUL JOB,keep it up you are all playing a blinder,in footballing parlance.
I will return in a month, with a big box of chocolate for All to share in.
Love,Peace and Happiness💚☮️😂 for All,double portions for the crabbit ones, they need it more.
Celtic truly is open to ALL ,no matter creed, colour, nationality,IF you’re good enough your in.
The clubs stadium,’Paradise,’Celtic Park, they sing love ballads, name me any club that does that,I’ll wait.....
Double Treble British footballing history, breaking Our own records time and time again.
