Paid for the Mature candidate route in 2017 and ever since have been let down repeatedly.
Then removed from the system and asked to start from scratch with a beginners course qualification which I wouldn’t have as I went to college in 1984.
JTL and Development training need prosecuting.
They took my money easily enough.
Shameful.

this company are disgusting to say the least, I know multiple people who have done apprenticeships with them and they are unable to complete them, as no one is doing there at JRL correctly. You can't get hold of them, and they won't even send the work you need to complete leaving it impossible to pass.
I am going to be reporting this company to the government and they should not be operating like this, they have wasted so much time, and I think if people all came together we could sue them.

They are unreliable/unresponsive company
They let the appprentices down by not helping them, not completing basic functions such as log in details or providing the opportunity to sit exams!
Then when you are trying to contact them, they ignore you!!
Disgusting they should not be allowed to continue to provide such an inadequate service that determines whether young people can get a qualification!!

Absolutely terrible wouldn't recommend to anyone. Don't do a course though jtl I completed 75% of my nvq and got stuck on one part so I asked for help and that is where it went down hill. They wouldn't answer the phone to me or my texts and even my emails because they don't care. So after a year of trying to get hold of me I gave up with the course as i couldn't get hold of anyone. But they would always want more money so I paid they more and still I couldn't get hold of them so I stopped paying them anything as they haven't stepped up and definitely didn't provide me with the standards I was expecting but 6 years don't the line they are chasing the money. So please don't train with JTL the only this they want is your money they don't care about your Education or your career....

Had an awful experience from start to finish. Wouldn't recommend anyone using JTL at all. A 3 and a half year course has taken 6 years and JTL are still slow to respond. JTL continously take ages to reply to emails. I've had paperwork go missing and exams that have had to be re-taken because of an unreliable support officer, not mentioning any names. I finished college nearly 3 years ago now and just needed to do my am2 but from leaving college to doing my AM2 JTL have really been awful. For government funded scheme they really need to sort themselves out. If there was an option to put zero stars I would.

To reiterate my point to the response recieved i had everything completed. All test all information evening the initial phone call after completed everything. You new system lost all my information includong the tests i passed i sent an email explaining this and had no response. So again having spent almost 3 moths doing the test for this company they upgrade their services losing every single persons details test passed ever!! To which all i have been told and the many others is nothing they can do forget previous jobs applied for, redo the test or you can not apply. This is unfair no manager to speak with and unless you are starting from scratch use another company.

Absolute joke I’ve put 3 people on plumbing apprenticeships over the years and everyone as gone wrong. JTL need to start thinking of these poor kids coming out school to learn trades. Trying to charge me more money now because one lads failed one exam? Can’t believe I’ve had to put one star to put this review view up, it doesn’t deserve any stars

Absolutely useless and that's an understatement! If you college course uses these people I would immediately cancel the course they don't help you, ignore you and the list goes on and on
