Went in to shop at about 1430 hrs on Sunday 28th July, to donate a couple of large bags of new and nearly new adult clothes and 3 almost new suits and overcoat. Was carrying one bag and was directed to rear of shop. There was a lady there who said we cant accept donations on a Sunday!!! Was absolutely gobsmacked. A charity shop that doesnt accept donations. I asked her if she was joking!!!! No she wasnt, but she must have seen the incredulas look on my face, so she said she would take the bag I was carrying but nothing else. No thankyou, all the clothing went to another charity who did take it. Absolutely shocking, behaviour for a charity, refusing to take donations!!!! Its called charity for a reason!!! Needless to say I will never donate to this chariry again!

absolutely disgusted with the staff I went in today 27th October with the client I was supporting and after 5 minuets had a member of staff tell me to GET OUT with no reason what's so ever just asked to leave I have never done any wrong to this shop and have shopped in there for a good number of years with most of the guys I support, I said to the staff member Im really sorry but I think you are mistaking me for someone else NOT EVEN AN EXPLONATION just told to get out, I will never go in there again and I will be telling everyone I know to do the same
