Tried to seek support and advice. I was given an unwelcoming response. The solicitor didn't introduce herself and had a really nasty attitude was nothing but unprofessionalism. She even hung the phone on my face for no reason. So confusing why. I've used these services in the past and they were brilliant 8 years ago. What happened?! Is a mystery.... Clearly management has failed to check on their solicitors and there communication skills with clients. . Mad thing was we never actually got passed taking our details and explaining the situation on the help i needed. This all happened at the point of calling for advice. I would have expected support not aggressive attitude. Not once did i reply impolite or shout. The solicitor called me the following week to ask again if i needed "support" told her i was unhappy about her putting the phone down on my face and she started to attack me again! No apologies. Genuinely didnt sound sincere too. Won't trust this organisation after this particular solicitor's behaviour towards me.

As far as I am aware the only law firm devoted to assisting children through the criminal legal system, something which is greatly needed, they are an asset and should be supported in their work
