beautiful building, beautiful grounds and lovely people. Such a warm welcoming and inclusive atmosphere - all the things we most need now. The classes and courses are so reasonable and you can do as little or as much as you like. I find a weekly class just helps me to feel calm and relaxed for the rest of the week and the techniques are something you can do at home too,

Not what I expected- always had the impression that Buddhists were very solemn and serious, but the ordinariness and humour was a delightful surprise. Never felt so welcome and included. Can’t wait to go back
