Bloody loved this place, Keighley has some top tier charity shops but this one is a different beast!! We are redecorating and love a good DIY and this place is perfect for cheap staples you can make your own!
Also amazing for gorgeous furniture at good prices!! Truly a hidden gem

Total waste of time offered to donate a wardrobe in perfect condition and solid
Spoke on the phone said they'd take it came to collect and refused ..its too old!!
All you see is £££ signs..
Funny how some of your site pictures has even older furniture shown..total waste of my time won't deal with you again!!

Had a bed base I needed to go, far too good for council to tip it so I contacted these guys and yeah they collected it next day, pleasure to do business with such nice people, would definitely recommend

Poor customer service skills , staff spoke to me and my partner with no manners what so ever over asking a general question …. They do have good selection of stuff for families on low income but upon myself purchasing a item the women shut off all the lights and closed the store ….. also expecting the customers to test appliances and saying it isn’t there job for safety reasons a expierience person needs to test then not customers …… appalling service

Went for a double bed frame £200 there wanted so I looked on line and got a better and cheaper and new on line this place is mean for people who struggle it's very expensive there price shame
