An amazing charity that helps young people who need help and support. I started this year homeless, they got me in a flat as soon as possible, gave me support throughout living there. I’m in my own home now thanks to their support too, and will continue to get support off them for the next 3 months while I settle. All the staff are amazing, so helpful and really do just want the best for you. Key projects changed my life for the better

Key have moved a trouble making tenant into the property next door and despite numerous complaints have done nothing to resolve the issue. I appreciate the work Key do in the South Tyneside area but not at the expense of my mental health.

A wonderful charitable place filled with wonderful and kind-hearted staff, who tend to people of different various backgrounds going through various hardships such as homelessness, financial difficulties, mental health problems etc. Great place to go for advice or even for just a friendly chat with people you can trust.
