For some one who was terrified off the dentist this has been brilliant experience from start to finish. The whole team at the practice were warm, professional, and made me feel completely at ease the moment I walked through the door.

my dentist and her colleague are hands down the best dentist I’ve ever been to—calm, reassuring, and incredibly thorough. They explained every step of the treatment clearly, answered all my questions, and really took the time to ensure I was comfortable throughout. After not having been to the dentist for some time I finally took the plunge and came here. I was extremely nervous but at every visit they put you at ease and are so friendly and understanding. Today should be my son's last visit to this dentist. We haven't been able to get him into a dentist for over three years and I have been desperately trying as he needed treatment. Three weeks ago I contacted this dentist and spoke to a lovely lady, Alison the P/Manager. She was the only person who listened to me and said she would take my son on as a patient and he saw the dentist two days later 🥲 I cannot thank Alison enough for what she did for us, the whole team are lovely and make you feel so comfortable and relaxed the minute you meet them, also the lady dentist is great, so patient with my son, friendly and kind.
This really is a great dental practice 😁

I have been terrified of Dentists from childhood. I was very lucky to find this Dentist. The staff were really good with me and that helped. The Dentist was absolutely brilliant, she talked me through what she was doing and gave me time to calm down.
This is the only Dentist I have been to that I haven’t cried at having a check up.
I cannot praise all the staff enough.
I have had two appointments at which I needed treatment, I didn’t cry, I didn’t shake
I listened to the Dentist and I sailed through the appointment.

He stated that he hasn't been for the dentist for a long time and he cant speak highly enough how he appreciated great care at this dentist, all staff lead by manager Allison are always smiling and lovely. Dentist M Campbell was so reassuring and patient, she appears to be a great dentist, first filling yesterday all went well and no concerns. Thanks kingswatwr dental practice. From being a child I have always been very scared of the dentist. I hate needles and get very tense when visiting the dentist which over the years led me to not going and only going when I had toothache.
Since being a patient at Kingswater Dental practice I have had my regular check ups - the staff are so friendly and put you at your ease as soon as you enter the door. I get emails to remind me of my appointment, and a quick phone call usually the day before just checking everything is ok and I am going to attend.
Once in the chair the dentists I have had have been brilliant, understanding my nervousness
And talking me through what they are doing.
I would recommend Kingswater Dental Practice to anyone, especially those that are scared of the dentist! 👍🏻
