We came to KCC on Saturday 5th October to see our friend play in the band. We had a large group with guests and a lot of money was going over the bar and food court. As members we were able to sign two guests in each. Unfortunately, some of our quests were late due to traffic issues as they were coming from distance, however the woman on the door took it upon herself to apply strict ‘rules of entry’ for our party in that our friends were refused entry and had to leave.
She cited ‘its too busy’ which it wasn’t as two of our party had to leave anyway and the week before with Decatronics it was busier.
She then cited ‘more guests than members’ – to be honest if that’s the case and your members were not supporting the club that night, good we had guests as they may have been future members!
Then she said it was ‘too late for entry’! Rubbish!
All in all it ruined what would have been a great night and consequently we wont be returning and will lapse our memberships.
What’s the point of a club with an attitude like that!
No stars if it was possible!

came in to see our friend and his band playing. One of our friends arrived at 8:45, the old lady on the door would not allow him in saying it is over capacity even though 2 of our friends had just left. The lady then went on to say it was too late now. Therefore we all left. Disappointed by this experience and I will never return.

Went for the first time roughly a month ago with my wife, who used to be a member years ago. We received a warm welcome from the staff and members my wife remembered. Had a lovely evening. I saw a good live band and had a couple of drinks at members' prices. After this, we paid our membership and have been back to see more good local bands. Overall, I would recommend joining. 👌

Excellent club good atmosphere excellent staff lots of really good bands and artists good beers. Very good food and value from Wolfies catering.. (Now taken over by Dan but equally as good with different menu.)
