My god. 100% BRILLIANT. I am astounded at the EXCELLENT SERVICE from Korus Health Ltd. When you are feeling "low" they went the extra mile to keep me informed of the time and date of my appointment. Not only that but they told me what to expect and do at my appointment. When I arrived all the staff helped me and explained everything. I have painful mobility issues which were "no problem" during my appointment. Thank you Korus Health Ltd. for being here.

Greeted at the Pool, Cornwall Clinic yesterday with "Leave the Water. We've got a full Clinic today" No introductions at all. Sonographer and her colleague exchanged Numbers, I suppose relevant to the Scan being done. I am extremely tender in the lower area but no words of support were given when I flinched or quietly moaned. No interaction at all.
I will not be accepting another appointment at this particular Clinic Angela Rapsey

Went for a kidney scan and bladder scan today , followed the instructions to drink 2 pints of water 1 hour prior to my appointment time ( which i did ), was told ( very bluntly)I didnt drink enough water as there wasn't enough in my bladder to do a scan .
They didn't even wipe the gel off of me before i rolled my top back down.
No compassion or care in how I might be feeling at this time .

Lovely building but shame about some of the staff who were rude, condescending and cold. I was made to feel like a leper and spoken to like I was a child. Horrible experience. I don't wish to go back!

I was really impressed with my visit last week for an ultrasound. The staff gave me brilliant directions before my visit, and when I arrived, I was pleasantly surprised with the facilities. The staff explained clearly what the procedure involved and answered all the questions I had. Thank-you so much to the team for making my visit as stress free as possible.

Shocking phone call today to try and rebook an appointment due to them cancelling and rebooking for a Sunday knowing I need support and because I asked for it to be rebooked for community support to help me they turned nasty over the phone I then asked for a manager and the manager wasn't much better over the phone I do not trust that my appointment will go that well now I've been treated like I have if I could give u.no.stars I would have done so what a shambles the attitude is we don't need to tell u why we cancelled Ur appointment and then they insisted to speak to my community nurse after telling them that the nurse doesn't work.on weekends I had to insist they wasn't going to get what they wanted and I won the battle I am a very disgruntled patient now and I have lost trust

I would like to particularly praise Micheala for her most efficient help in getting me an early Ultrascan.
We had bit of a job finding location of the Glashouse, but help was at hand for which we were very grateful.
Easy and free parking
Once there, the staff were kind and my appointment was 10 minutes early.
Highly recommended. Thankyou all concerned.

Really horrible experience. I felt extremely unwelcome and was told I “didn’t look sick enough to be there, and was not fat enough to be diagnosed” when instructed to do a scan by my GP. Really rude staff extremely condescending.
