On behalf of our entire family, I am writing to express our deepest gratitude for the compassionate and professional care you provided to our beloved mother Janet (bedroom suite 10), during her final days, aged 89.

Losing her has been incredibly difficult for us, but knowing she spent her last days surrounded by such kind and dedicated individuals has brought us great comfort. Your tireless efforts to ensure she was comfortable and well cared for did not go unnoticed. From the warm smiles and gentle words to the meticulous attention you gave her needs, you offered her both dignity and peace in her last chapter of her life.

Each of you played a part in making her feel cherished and respected, and for that, we are profoundly thankful. It is clear that you all view your work as more than just a job—it is a calling—and your dedication has left an indelible mark on our hearts.

As we grieve her passing, we take solace in knowing she was in such good hands. We cannot thank you enough for all you did, not only for Janet but also for the support and kindness you extended to our family during this difficult time.

Really proud of this home, the great care for all, the way anyone can approach the home for care and support regardless of religious beliefs or not. Great staff group who work so hard and lead by a great Manager and Charity whose only wish is to serve people in need of care, regardless of background, whether you can afford you're own care or where you are from.
