Can't comment on all the centres but the two I dealt with were very disorganized. Messed me about on numerous occasions giving me incorrect information. Constantly having to chase them regarding appointments/therapies then they have the nerve to make out it's you that's wrong when it's them trying to pass the blame onto me when it's their mistakes. Promising to help only to waste my time. Self serving staff. Isn't it funny that you reply to the positive reviews and ignore this negative one? And it's funny how some reviews have been left by members of staff hardly independent is it Joke of an organisation.
