Instaloft came and worked on my 2019 built home today. Every step of the process has been a good experience from initial contact through to the survey through to the installation.

We had an enlarged hatch which meant moving our smoke alarm and Instaloft's own electrician came and did this as part of the install package. They installed a ladder, grab rail and boarded out the centre of the loft area on stilts taking care to avoid existing infrastructure and insulation. I really like how they neaten the edges around the raised areas.

Absolutely thrilled with my new loft fit out. The fitters worked very hard, were friendly and personable and I am so pleased with the outcome. Overally Instaloft were very easy and straightforward to deal with. A family member saw the end result and was equally impressed. Well done.

Super impressed with the service from instaloft - contacted before Xmas for a quote for my new build loft to be boarded. surveyor came quickly and was a pleasure to deal with, booked in and work completed as agreed 3rd Jan. good price, reliable and the finished result is super high quality and the installer was extremely clean, tidy and professional. We have had our hatch upgraded and the loft boarded yesterday ( @ 40sqm) . Excellent work done by Owen, Joe and Tony. Good communication,quick and professional. They completed the work in good time and left the house clean and tidy. We are very happy with the result and we will recommend Instaloft in the same way that they were recommended to us by someone else.

Fantastic and highly recommended. Prompt service, great sales rep and the fitters were fab. Polite, efficient and tidy. I asked for some amendments to the plan on the day and the fitters were only more than happy to amend. Good price for the fab quality of finish provided and the lifetime guarantee gives me the peace of mind i needed. Great service all round (2nd time ive used Instaloft and both times was a great experience!)
