The owner shows a very bad behaviour to the people and insulted us among the people who are invited. He is very rude and is very bad nature.
I personally don’t recommend this hall to anyone. If anyone want to enjoy the party you should not use this hall.Use some other halls. If you plan your function in this hall you will not be able to enjoy the function.
So,don’t use this hall for your personal purpose.

I am not the one to write reviews but this call left me in shock. Unfortunately, I had a really bad experience today while speaking to Helping Hands. I work for a charity and had an urgent call from a gentleman who was in crisis and needed food urgently. I am not based in Basildon and could not find the opening times for Helping Hands so decided just to give them a call and ask whether they are open or know whether there are any food banks open locally. I was faced with a very rude response and no co-operation to help a vulnerable individual.

DISGUSTING BEHAVIOUR from the owner. ABSOLUTELY DISTRAUGHT. No sense of respect what so ever, as he believe he could could talk to people any way he wanted like some sort of slave master. Ruined my wedding day completely.

Really would not recommend. Personally I would go to the lee chapel north centre or pitsea, as clearly this thoughtless human being had no sense or sort of rapport to communicate with their customers.

He needs to sort it out.

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

I am soo disgusted by the manner this man John talks to people. He has no respect for anyone. This man was soo rude and out of order that he nearly hit a child in the car park. Terrible customer service.... there must be a disciplinary procedure to follow. Can someone please let me know how this man can be made to answer for his actions.🙏

Nice hall, good size, large stage. Better inside than the outside suggests! Located on an estate in a row of shops, so ideally located.
