The receptionist is lazy and has no manners along with no empathy for people ringing with mental health issues. She is clearly in the wrong job and doesn't want to help people. She couldn't even be bothered to look for someone for me to speak to since the person i usually would go to wasn't in and she offered zero help.

I rang to ask for help for my son and found it very unhelpful. Can't make an appointment to speak with anyone and the girl on the phone was not at all sympathetic. She might as well have been working at a shop. This is a service for people with mental health problems. Get someone new on the switchboard.
A few days later another young woman rang me to see what help she might be able to offer. MIND were unable to help but the woman herself was very helpful and gave me telephone numbers of people she thought may be of use.
I think it was perhaps the girl on the switchboard who needs help with her communication skills.

safe and friendly staff I got stalked out of a meeting by a certain individual in one meeting and the staff didn't seem approachable at the time I kept getting stern looks from some 0f the facilitator that didn't help and one of the facilitators didn't appear to be helping people keep safe in the group as he made a comment such as people can integrate outside the meeting they do it in other groups and he didn't think to ask whether the group were comfortable with any arrangement and how people in the group were feeling at the time the majority of staff are wonderful and helpful buy been stalked out of a group has put me off going back its never happened before in the groups so the charity may be going through tough times but I hope soemone else doesn't suffer a similar fate.

Great place full of experience, friendly and approachable staff, many who have direct experience of life at the sharp end. 1 in 4 will need their help at some point in their lives.
So if you find yourself in a position of needing their help then grab it with both hands
