This is where we adopted one of our dogs from & I was quite alarmed to discover that if you choose a dog (well more like the dog picks you) Anyway if you've decided that the dog likes you & vice versa, you can just take the dog there & then!! No home checks, no garden checks, nothing!! You just pay your money & off you go, so if you don't have a collar and lead about your person/car, well its tough!! It's just pay your money & good bye. . . . .
