A wonderful organisation trying to do their best for the community. I'm surprised that someone has given a bad review below, who even does that to a charity ? anyway, Sarah and June are wonderful human beings, totally committed to helping the community in their own time. This initiative has helped hundreds if not thousands over the last year or so, would be good to see those reviews up here. Well done all at Helpers.

What a wonderful initiative, you're all doing really meaningful work and making a difference in people's lives like myself. I've volunteer for different charities for a long time and now i find myself being the beneficiary of one. Thank you all for what you do.

Greath ethos and premise but run badly. Never registered as a charity so very unclear as to how its run. Volunteers are rude. Offer food parcels which is a great initiative. However they seem yo randomly deliver even when not requested personally. Then get rude when questioned. Also when a neighbour got a parcel not needed she was told you cannot refuse it. It was made for them and they take it or put it in the bin.

I only have praise for this amazing team of passionate volunteers who ‘get stuff done’! If it wasn’t for their commitment, a lot of people would have faced an even more difficult time over the past 18 months

Asked before Christmas for help was given attitude by the guy calling as I have to drive a hour out for schools daily and wouldn't be honest when he wanted to drop off and the collection times I was already left to collect child from school.
Got bk yesterday to 2 boxes on my door step that I requested and asked help over a month ago.
On unpacking it i ended up tbh chucking what was good back at local supermarket collection points but alot went in the bin.
Tins out of dates by 6 months
Chocolate and biscuits out of date also by 6 months also
Coffee been put into a takeaway cup that was open and spilt over food on my doorstep and tea bags were in sandwich bags.
