This house used to be amazing. It got taken over buy a company who did not care about their service users. My daughter was pulled out of there immediately on a day I visited. I was told buy a couple of good staff to get my daughter out!
There were not doing the right thing!
My daughter would be left on her own so I have been told.
Another users was entering her room when she would be getting dressed and because there was so lack of staff this would happen daily.
I could go on and on !!!
This place is run down and understaffed.
I believe Hampshire funding refuse to place anyone there.
