One of the best local libraries in my opinion. They offer such a vast array of services, the kids area is great, they put on regular events for children and adults alike, there is space to work and study… Being a regular visitor to the library I see how much the staff here do for the community of midsomer norton.

Renewed my bus pass staff was friendly and helpful I got what I went in for and left.
The only thing I will say that was not good and that was they have booth things and they was what I believe doing a blue badge assessment and being it was personal information it should be done somewhere else in a different room as I could hear everything clearly and I'm sure they didn't want everyone to know and I'd personally rather be somewhere private when talking about stuff like that.

I went in to return a book I struggled and avoided using machines but the staff did it on the machine for me which was really helpful and got the return done.
Quite a big space and a good range of books seems like a good place to go read or take kids to read and learn about libraries and how to use one.

Absolutely love this library...the staff ate exceptional, the library is a great community place.... and they sensibly have a water fountain.
As a Nanny, we utilize this library and their child based facilities regularly....great selection of books, colouring always available and lovely singing and be storytelling groups....
In this half term we have already completed a Halloween/Autumnal style activity.
The Sensory room is also very good...thank you to all rhe lovely staff .

We are so lucky to have this resource in Mid Somer Norton. I find the staff very helpful and friendly. Use it or lose it, especially with the looming changes in Keynsham.

Very unhelpful, one in-house phones not working just on hold for 30mins one not working, how r you suppose to sort out council tax if they can't even get it right when you fill the forms in on-line aswell.

I used the computer to search for a book I really wanted to read and found it straight away on the shelf.Then the library assistant found a book immediately by another author I like to read.Very helpful and very polite.Thankyou.
