My little only only attended 2 days in March and on the 3rd day they have terminated him from their nursery with the reason that he is not Drinking Water independently.

They asked me to visit and promised me both verbally and written that they will refund my 100% money with registration fees as well. But they did only refunded me 30% of my money and refused to refund the registration fees now even though they have terminated him.

Initially they were very nice and sweet. I simply don't agree that if the child is not drinking water independently then you will going to be terminate him? I can't digest this reason at all.

I have got so much of mental pressure to claim my hard earned money back from them.

I don't think I will ever get my hard earned money back now. I gave up. what I can only say is if you love your child don't choose this nursery.

Little Teddies are a fantastic setting for your child. The staff, environment, management and ethos of the setting are all so great. There is a lot of structure to the day and your child will always have lots to do. So much care and attention goes into every day and the hours are great for all
