Played as a two ball on a county card. Staff very friendly. Spectacular views on a quirky course whic straddles England and Wales. Luckily we were following some members which helped with orientation! Especially negotiating the 18th which crossed the driving range. We had great weather and would certainly return and recommend.

Had a brilliant days golf at the open , food service was quick and friendly. The course was great , challenging, and made you smile. Can't wait to play it again

Fabulous scenery, very well maintained and a great course. Some of the holes can be very tricky in the dry, as some fairways have strong slopes and blind tee shots, making it difficult to find your ball. Be prepared to loose a few if you are a visitor🤪

Quite remote golf course up on the top on a hill. Great course with some very unique holes. Very steep, both up and down across the whole course. Course in good condition with greens running true. Social distancing strictly adhered to. Club house quite old but friendly. Would definitely return. Word of warning, it's quite difficult to find up a very small road.

As expected, some fairways were partially bare due to recent bad weather.
However I thought the greens were exceptional.
As always, great atmosphere, great course.

What a test of golf, set up in the hills the wind was very strong at times but the views are amazing. I would definitely play there again but would use a buggy, it's very hilly.

Fantastic golf course designed by a genius moulding a quirky course around an escarpment on the Welsh/English border. No wonder member Ian Wosman won so many trophies 🏌️‍♂️⛳️

We arrived early as a two ball and the course looked amazing. Practice green was great and everyone was friendly.

We had a friendly welcome from members and a great chat with the guy in the pro shop. He kindly allowed us to go out early as he was aware a four ball was in front of us on the tee sheet. We really appreciated this.

We grabbed a sandwich to take out with us which was lovely and at £2 you can't go wrong.

The course was immaculate and we loved every second of it.

They have a great selection of beer in the clubhouse and the people behind the bar are really friendly and welcoming.

My only upset is that I can't rate it more than 5 stars!

Will definitely be going back again.
