Well what can I say about this place .
My Dad Mr Ambrose Williams had been staying here for the last two and half years. He suffered from dementia and in the end was really poorly.
The team here were absolutely wonderful with him.
He always had clean clothes on and always his own might I add.
They kept him clean and tidy .
The staff have always been really pleasant with my mum and I and don’t get the credit they deserve .
They try their best to keep the residents happy offering entertainment on most days .
At Christmas they had singers in that the residents could watch if they wanted to.
As far as homes go this is a very happy one.The staff have also been so kind even after the loss of my dad , and especially my mum will miss them all.
If you have the awful decision to make for a loved one this is the place I would recommend.

After having the care home recommended to us we decided to book mum in for three weeks respite. Unfortunately we learned it had since changed hands. We were disappointed at the lack of activities, the standard of food, the way my mum and other residents were spoken to amongst other things. We frequently had problems getting through on the telephone. Sadly the manager went on holiday shortly after my mum arrived and we didn't feel confident voicing our concerns to staff. We transferred mum after two weeks to another nearby care home after hearing glowing reports from other health professionals. We now have peace of mind and can't believe the difference it's made to mum and the family.
