Basic hall for it's posh sounding title. I wouldn't book a wedding or other such event.

0 star!!!!!!! Ok space, but Lady manager who runs the place is extremely rude , racist and arrogant!
This place is no good for your event if you intend to play music and have fun! Even though you think it’s affordable, you will end up spending triple as you will be charged about £4 or £5 for each bottle of drink you intend to take in. Be it fizzy, alcohol or bottled water.
Be warned, I’d rather go somewhere else even if i need to pay some more for space and have good fun. Also you might never get back your deposit. 0 star!

I had my wedding reception here. All good in the beginning when it came to planning and taking our money. After that all was a total nightmare racist episode from the manager shouting at our guests, re-selling drinks that we brought to our guests,consistently watching over the reception like an exam instructor, so rude and questionable character to all our guests from all over the world.
We have not received our deposit back with no explanation why.
As if all this was not enough, manager shutdown the music at 9.30pm when we had the place booked till 11pm.
There is a lot more to say but will leave it as this.
I truly believe this manager lady does not like black people because her attitude was very disgusting. The hall should as well be advertised for whites only as that was the Vibe we got.
I will be suing for all the assaults, emotional trauma as well as our unreturned deposit without any explanation.

What a brilliant hall with bar, kitchen, wifi and a large playing field with a park. Excellent staff can't recommend this place enough great place for any function.

AVOID ANY BOOKINGS HERE AT ALL COST!!! Rude & horrible lady in charge. Very racist, barged in at 9pm to stop the music at a wedding held in the hall when previously agreed the music could go on till midnight . Threatened to call the police for loud music , she resold the drinks we brought in the day before to our guest. Exploited us in ways I can’t imagine. Don’t fall for her being nice when you are trying to make bookings at first. This lady acted like a witch and was a barrier to people having fun and enjoying the moment . She made every guest uncomfortable. If you are coloured please avoid venue . Very racist lady , never refunded the deposit .

Recently attended a party here. Loved the venue. Very reasonably priced bar. Sadly, only Fosters and a Pale Ale on tap (outside of Guinness). Fosters isn't a good lager. Hence, losing a star. Bar staff were also a little slow in serving but tbf there was a fair few guests.

Attended a country music event on a Sunday night here. Great space inside with a reasonably priced bar. Ample parking available.
Definitely would attend again
