The staff at Lostock Lodge are second to none in the level of care provided, kindness, thoughtfulness & quality care. They cannot be thanked enough for the care shown to my parents, when recently mum passed away sadly, to dad & my family, for which we are all extremely grateful. High recommendation for all they do for their residents.

Lostock do a great job at ensuring their residents are happy and safe.
The team ensure my Grandma receives the best care, allow us to facetime regularly and take the time she needs to support her on the calls, as it is not something she is able to do herself.
The activities and games are top and the regular Facebook updates and pictures have been a great help, especially during covid.
