I go to the adult ballet classes on a Wednesday evening and I absolutely love it! I'm 54 and I've never done ballet before, but have always loved watching it. It's never too late to learn! I haven't danced for over 45 years so was understandably nervous joining a ballet class. I needn't of worried, everyone was so friendly and welcoming. I wanted to rekindle my passion for ballet, tone up and improve my flexibility and I havent been disappointed. I can highly recommend
