Lovely Hall perfect size for Granddaughters Birthday Party . Clean Tidy and someone opened up on time would definitely book again

I wouldn’t even choose 1 star but I had no choice. I had my daughter’s 4th birthday party booked today and we were let down by the two people who have access to the hall. No one answered their phone or came to open the hall for us. A few weeks ago we met with Rozi and had a look round the hall and everything was confirmed for the party today. Twenty minutes before the party started we had to make a decision to not have it due to no one coming to let us in. We had a Disney princess booked and over 20 children ready to come to the party. Plus all the food, drinks, decorations etc packed and ready to go but unfortunately no party to be had. Very disappointing and will not use ever again!
