Absolutely brilliant service from start to finish, thank you Chloe and Tom at the Nailsea premises. I've always had problems fulfilling prescription specs going backwards and forwards. Top notch service and far exceeds the likes of Specsavers and Vision Express in my experience. Tom Kelly helped me and really went the extra mile to source the frames I wanted that would also accommodate my prescription. He was very knowledgeable. I would highly reccommend and will be continuing to use this optician.

I experienced fantastic professional care by the optometrist here, and surprisingly great customer service in the after care. The optometrist was very thorough in checking my eyes - their health and vision. She was very knowledgeable and also personable. I felt taken care of throughout the process which was important to me as I have pretty bad eyesight and had just left my previous optometrist due to inconsistent care. Also, I had not anticipated buying a new pair of glasses, although I knew I didn't love my current pair as much as I normally do. And so, upon finishing up the paperwork, the assistant gently and courteously suggested a new pair as he felt they would really suit me. Much to my surprise, they really did and I could not be happier with them - I wear them so much more than my old pair and they are just the look I was needing. I have never experienced anyone so quickly suggest the perfect pair of glasses for me! I would not hesitate to recommend Lynne Fernandes in Nailsea - even if you're not looking to change, you might want to consider them as their service and care are tough to beat and very hard to come by.
