Its not often five stars are given by my mean self😁…but who couldn’t give this heartwarming, beautiful place the full credit it deserves. Even non cancer sufferers are welcome into the lovely cafe.
Cleanliness 5/5… from eating are to toilets, spotless and smells pleasant.
Staff 5/5… Amazing, incredible, dedicated and friendly people. All of them!!
Food. 5/5. Clean. Well presented. Even sandwiches served on nice plates.
Environment…comfortable, calming and supportive.
Don’t forget to donate when your paying the more than reasonable bill😁💜

Amazing sanctuary for anyone with or supporting someone with Cancer. Wonderful volunteers offering lots of therapies and advice. Don't know what we'd have done without this place. Highly recommend.

Anybody who has had/ has/ or been diagnosed with cancer & their carers/ family, has free access to the wonderful help, support, exercise classes, therapy, ect. & information here. Walk in, talk to people, help yourself to a drink & find out more. An incredible resource , we are privileged to have in Brighton.

I wish to inform all the folk that attends this Amazing Centre , All the Macmillian Nurses + reception +kichen staff + all the financial dept + all the others that i have not mention . They have been amazing ,just so kind in helping to make life a lot easier & Also all the Help has a knock on effect with our every day life . Thank you so much for being a haven for me when t was taking Dad for his treatment over a couple of weeks. The main seating is comfortably and the cafe makes fresh snacks at very reasonable prices.
It made a tough time a little easier, thank you!

Wonderful place and wonderful staff! Such a haven from the hospital. Waiting during partners cancer surgeries staff were warm and welcoming. Happy to chat if you need it but above all so relaxing and comfortable during a long anxious wait. Lots of accessible info and care and toilets.

Beautiful building. When I visited with my mother who was having treatment, there were parts of the building & outdoor spaces sectioned off for staff only. We did feel a bit like intruders sometimes as we entered the building and met with a bank of enquiring eyes, but only wanted to use the cafe. Cafe was lovely and has our vote. Complimentary therapies are restricted despite the fantastic purpose built rooms. All in all - not what it seems.

A wonderful resource for people during and after treatment. It is an oasis of tranquility amongst the busyiness of a busy hospital. The centre offers an extensive range of support services to go along side all the medical services delivered by the Sussex Cancer Centre. As someone in remission from cancer it is a wonderful resource to have. Fabulous purpose built building. Amazing staff. Finally there is a lovely cafe which does good value and delicious healthy food.
