Very efficient performing property repairs generally quickly and helpful handling tenancy queries. A wide range of properties available - good quality advice. Staff very approachable and Magenta Living's website is worth viewing and professionally edited.

Reported fly tipping on a public pavement New Hey rd, a double mattress and 2 arm chairs which are blocking the pavement for mobility scooters, pram pushers and wheelchair users next to a doctors surgery. Explained to the call center staff, was imformed it must be collected in 5 working days, then later after a further compaint told it will only be picked up in another 10 days time. Not holding my breath.

Appalling. Every time I have needed a repair, it has never been straightforward. Took 6 MONTHS to repair the front door of my building that my flat is in ONLY as I spoke to th3 engineer and passed the message onto Magenta (did their job) and refused to pay them until it was fixed, it was then done the next day. I felt vulnerable as I live on my own and anyone could get into the building, especially as there were stabbings nearby at the time too.

Now had mold in my flat and reported it Sunday, spoken to them 3 times now and hasn't been escalated or dealt with, I have breathing problems and they are aware of this.

JOKE. I'd give 0 stars but sadly that isn't an option.

I was sent an email saying that due too Magenta having computer problems I had been underpaying on my service charge for a couple of years? They left a mobile number to ring to discuss this problem. I tried on numerous times only to be told the number was not recognised. I spoke in the end to another fiance boss who got the other guy to phone me which he did. Because of this miss calculation of the service charge I am now having to pay a horrendous monthly fee for the next 3months. So understandably I am not happy particularly when speaking to other leaseholders in my flat they are still paying £40 monthly fee? This is on the Abbotts grange estate

Absolute Joke. Never have I ever needed a repair and its been issue free. Private rented property but Magenta contracted to do maintenance and its truly the worst company I've ever had to deal with. Feel properly sorry for the poor call centre people because the rest of the team are appalling

It's abit unfair i can't apply for a bungalow or any properties from magenta i called them directly and i was told to apply on property pool plus it takes years to be offered a property because thousands of people are looking for somewhere to live i understand that but im the right age and criteria including being on universal credit and pip disability i just wanted to live closer to my mum who's disabled. And because I've already got a flat im not homeless so don't fit the criteria of needing somewhere else or even a swap from one property to another.
