Greg and the team stepped in to do our garage conversion and porch and bay window extensions after our original builders let us down. We could not have made a better choice! The finished product is excellent. I could not be happier with the standard of work. Throughout the process, Greg kept good communication and consulted at every stage, helping things to run as smoothly as possible. There was attention to detail that I really appreciated, they really take pride in their work. In fact we were so pleased with the work being done, we got the team to renovate our lounge as well once they had finished! Would absolutely recommend.

I found Greg and his team through a neighbour that had used them for their garage conversion, which is what we also wanted to do.
Right from the get go, Greg was super reliable and prompt with our job! Within 2 weeks from the first time I called him to enquire, his team was already at the house making a start on the conversion. Even with the conversion starting in December, so had a couple breaks for Christmas, New Year and some delivery delays, the whole conversion process was done in exactly a month!
Honestly can’t sing enough praises for Greg and his team! They sorted everything out for us from start to finish, right from skip hire to sorting out getting our certificates from the council to confirm our garage as a new living space. Definitely will be recommending Makerfield Construction to anyone wanting to do any home renovations. They were always on time, super helpful with any questions I had and easily contactable. They made everything feel a breeze!

Excellent service! Greg kept in touch before hand throughout and easily contactable after. The workmanship is great quality and done well within the time frame given. Any changes needed or choices during the build Greg made sure to let me know about in plenty of time. They did a cracking job on what could have been a difficult job and didn't have to ask them to clear up, very tidy and always on time. Nothing to complain about at all!

Greg and his team did a full refurb for us. Workmanship was excellent. He’s honest and takes time to explain what needs doing or what he recommends, he was also patient with all our changes throughout the reno.

They complete a full strip and refurbishment of 3 bed mid terraced property. We agreed the scope, price and programme and everything was delivered as expected. I would definitely recommend them and I will be using them again.
