Let me tell u I seriously hate ACS. I don't care who feels what when it comes to them. They are gd for taking kids n getting paid for every kid they get it's real facts. I hate them but the place they made the kids feel comfortable but we not stupid we are hip to there B's. People have to be careful with them.

Very nice and helpful people. They make the kids feel welcome and safe. Is a long wait. They have elevator. They have cameras. They have lots of security hidden. They give kids snacks. They make the families feel safe and they help you.

This is a place you never want to be, but if you have to, it is bright and friendly with attentive staff and plenty of toys for the children. As for services and supports, it is up to the individual to find out if their needs are met. I certainly hope so.
