Although a small building this is a fantastic resource, particularly with the reach of the inter-library loan system. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Before covid the library used to have newspapers (and Harwich branch still does). These are very much missed by local people.

Great commodity to the local area, I have been taking my kids weekly in the summer holidays and staff are always helpful and friendly plus there is a great selection of kids books from bedtime stories read by parents to independently read children's books right upto early teen

Lovely library . Good range of books and fantastic for children and lots of thoughtful activities for them. This was nearly closed due to proposed gov cutbacks so worth using. Staff are wonderful to and always friendly and willing to help

Manningtree library is the jewel in the crown for the town. I love going and before lock down there was so much to do there. We are still fighting to save the library from closure. We need it more than ever in these uncertain times.
