Can't thank the staff enough for what they have done for me especially Paul Mallott and Beverley Cummins and the lovely CBT group members. The staff make you feel welcome as soon as you step into the building. The talking therapy is helping me understand mental health and listening to other group members experiences is helping me understand other people mental health problems too. They have different course for people who suffer with mental illness. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED ? ?

The venue is a small building which has very limited parking which is not signposted or easy to see. It is difficult to find parking spaces on the street. There are 2 floors to the building and a lift is available to access the upper level. There is a reception as more than 1 business use the building.
