Unfortunately, the service here is not very welcoming. You don’t feel appreciated as a customer, which makes the shopping experience unpleasant. It’s a shame because charity shops should have a warm and friendly atmosphere. Hopefully, the service improves in the future.

Shop always seems to close before advertised times, like today 3.30pm or during the week 4.30pm or before, given up trying to donate to the store. Certainly gone down hill, always looks dirty and clothes outside on floor. Better off taking donations to St lukes at least their open to the tines stated.
