Excellent workmanship and quality. Nick and the Marnick team carried out extensive renovations to our property and we are absolutely delighted. The reconfiguration of the ground floor has made such an improved living space and the enthusiasm and suggestions from Nick and the Marnick team together with their experience and quality work has transformed the house. Marnick's receptionists were extremely helpful and very pleasant to deal with and Nick always returned calls and kept us up to date with the project. We could not recommend Marnick enough - a pleasure to deal with!

Really lousy customer service; went through the process of doing a site visit and sending paperwork for a quote for a house extension. They ghosted us. I called and received a "we'll call you back the next day". Next day? No call. A week later? No call. I called again- "Oh sorry- I'm not familiar with your case" and I was hung up on.
If you're in the Falmouth area I would stay away from these builders; there are plenty of alternatives out there with decent customer service.

Ours was not a simple kitchen renovation. The back of the old cottage was knocked down and Marnick transformed a tiny, dark, cold, damp space into a light, open, modern kitchen and cloakroom. Nick and his team have successfully built first floor extension on a residential project. Team turned up prompt daily and worked hard and problem solved where we had to, like finding some epic bits of granite in the foundations. Fantastic job done from start to finish and now about to start them on another similar project.

I used Marnick to make a downstairs cloak room. They split the existing utility room into two, made a pillar so that the cloakroom would have it's own window. I now have a utility room and an extra loo, a god send on a school morning.

Having emailed twice and having no response I decided to telephone. A very polite and friendly woman assured me I would receive an email the next day. Nothing for ten days. I rang again and was told they didn’t respond because they are fully booked for a year. What a poor way to treat a potential customer .
