I stumbled across this place while going to curry’s and omg am I happy I did!! There was so much choice and the prices were amazing. Staff were absolutely wonderful too. I found this amazing tiger table too for only £100 as well as some other amazing things ! They have the showroom set up with little displays to show off the furniture (such as in the photo provided they had a nice rug, sofa , tv unit etc) so you can get an idea how it would look at your own house. They can deliver furniture you purchase for differing prices depending on postcode, but my 3 big items were only £30 to be delivered to haywards heath :D. The delivery men were great too, super kind and put everything where i wanted it. I’ve recommended to my friends and family and will be coming back again soon.

I regularly donate and I am registered for them to receive Gift Aid. It is also good to get emails from them confirming how much my donations have raised. I have never purchased anything from the shop though because I feel most items seem to be overpriced.

This is the first time i have visited,it was a very large store,although I found the prices slightly expensive. I also noticed it smelt of dog wee,it wasn't very nice.

We were very disappointed with the items available now.
The previous visits, albeit several months ago were able to offer larger items such as furniture. Now, its more like a jumble sale!
I understand they are only able to sell items
donated but it didn't really help me!

Just asked if they could pick up a bookcase from Henfield. Apparently it is too far as they only pick up from the South Coast. Henfield is the along the South Coast!! Couldn't believe how stupid that was without seeing what is a nice, clean, sturdy piece of furniture and a useful addition to someone's home. Was also told that there was no guarantee it would be picked up. It would depend on what the delivery driver thought!! This is the fourth charity I have tried that has turned their nose up at my bookcase (one said they couldn't take dark wood, really!!). Charities need to stop being so stuck up and realise there are plenty of homes that need/want quality pieces of furniture.

Great place! I was able to take many things here after clearing a deceased friends flat. Fran was an absolute legend. Super kind and all round amazing. The showroom is well organised and provides a great way to furnish a home and make it affordable.

Great place for a bargain. Preloved furniture and clothing at sensible prices rather than the usual expensive charity shops. Sell cheaply and you'll have a good turnover of stock. Nice and helpful staff. 👋
