This is feedback for Sudipta from Mary Seacole House who has always been very kind and has been very helpful in helping me with sorting out many of my issues such as with my universal credit and university work.
She has always made time to talk to me and always tries to fit me in to give me great advice and help in online work even in busy schedules.
I would like to say a big thank you to Sudipta and everyone else at Mary Seacole House for always helping me with these issues.

This is feedback for Sudipta from Mary Seacole House.

She has been very kind and helpful for our family problems. Firstly she helped us with benifits for my wife which was successful. She is also helping for my wife’s bus pass.
She also helped us for my son University issue.
And she is also helping us with our property pool work.
And also helped us with our Universal credit and other benefit issues.

Everyone at Mary Seacole House is helpful but Sudipta especially has always been very kind and helpful to us and is always there to help us with many issues. I would also like to thank Shazia aswell for being very kind and helpful and for introducing us to the great advice and activities available for us at Mary Seacole House.
We would all as a family like to thank all for always helping us and being there for us.

I had been waiting quite long for a course I wanted to attend. Then a session popped on and asked to join and found myself added. I just did two as part of an injuries I sustained post e-bike who ran into my back while walking on the footpath and caused me multiple injuries and fractures which I am still recovering from. So shazia who obviously run this came to me abruptly asking in strong tone that she must take and she has to take my photo without even consenting or paper work. She kept persistently arguing that as she is offering me a big favour from her pocket which I declined multiple times and that made me feel anxious and very distressed and it’s holy month of Ramadan. So I knew she is after something which she did. A lady sent in the group a message about share Ramadan and was supported by some companies Muslims are baycotting. So, I just sent that with good faith and instead of her acting professionally she removed me. also on arrival she was treating us like flocks of sleep which I disliked and I find her attitude and behavior very degrading and inhuman. I decided not to attend anymore as this discriminative and abusing behaviour is not acceptable to me at least. The only person I know there is Chloe who is fantastic in her act.

MSH has made my life so much better. Back in June of this year, I was in a dark place mentally and refused to get out of bed or leave the house for 10 months. Julie was a big help, I can't thank her enough.

And while Julie is on holiday, Chloe has been amazing too.

I hope they both know how awesome they are.

The amount of programs and support that is offered at no extra cost to yourself blows my mind.

I will be forever thankful for everything MSH has done for me and my life and the lives of so many others.

Unfortunately I have had a bad experience with this organisation. Saiqa and Alex have been non responsive, the last I have heard from them was 13th June ( Saiqa ) and 8th November ( Alex) 2023 respectively, none of my issues have been resolved.

The only great member of staff at MSH was Wendy Funks. Wendy was a great help to me but Mary Secole was useless and pushed users out. The Saturday Staff were the worse of the lot of them.

It's a place, where the staff make you feel welcome whether you are there supporting or whether you need the services yourself. A little hive of information
