Was immediately racially profiled in this shop, i don’t know if it was that or my Nike trainers and puffer coat. As soon as me and my boyfriend walked in the lady would not stop staring at me and following me around. I wanted to try two coats on, once I tried it on I was immediately asked whether I was going to buy it and it was taken away from me to be hung up. On multiple occasions coats were taken away from me, I voiced that I wanted to try them both multiple times before buying and they were weird about it. I felt pressured to make a decision. Terrible customer service and very rude people. The lady even thought we were stealing things that were already ours. It left me feeling really hurt and I felt like crying. This shop should be for everyone. Clearly classist racist attitudes in this shop. Upon reading previous reviews I’m sure it’s racial profiling as it seems Asian /Arab women are being discriminated against whilst all the 5 stars are likely white people or friends of hers

Quite a nice shop, and a charity shop.

There are items to look at in the window, information board outside the shop, lots of clothes when you go in and look around, a section of books, some ornaments or works of Art. Quite a large selection.

The shop seemed clean. It was spacious and interesting and the lady in the shop seemed nice and friendly.

My fave shop, in Pinner - most of my work wardrobe comes from here,🤐🤫... I always pop in when passing. It gives zen vibes and the music is awesome, always. Marcia always gives me a warm welcome and is honest about what does and doesn't work for me style-wise. I don't recognize the negative comments below but best bet is to try it out!!

Ladies that work here behave like they work for Dior or Gucci. Disgusting behaviour. Tall lady with white hair and glasses thinks she is next Anna Wintour. Go and get some Customers Service course, shameless people.

What a great find: more like a boutique than a charity shop, with some lovely pieces. Stiock is refreshed regularly and often new pieces to be found - with some great labels. Customer service is so friendly and helpful too. Definitely worth a visit!

Great store with lovely well curated stock which rotates every two weeks. Quality garments at great prices, and usually a selection of brand new clothes from Hobbs.
And all for a great cause!

Unfortunately this boutique isn’t well versed in good customer service. I went in to buy 3 cards by an amazing artist (Mary Casserly). While searching on the counter we only found two so I requested the one in the window only to be told I can’t have that one as the manager would have an issue and so I should come back when the manager is in! I kindly requested to buy all the items that were showing as ‘for sale’ with price tags etc and was met with tuting, sighing and passed over to the other sales assistant who was confused and needed her help and so again the tutting lady came back only this time nothing said to me no eye contact - I apologised for any inconvenience and still nothing… Absolutely astounded that a charity shop has so many bad reviews but chooses to do nothing about it. I don’t like leaving negative reviews but if this is a charity shop and they sell art on behalf of others they really should be mindful of returning customers and how bad news travels far.
I will not be returning.

It’s a very hostile environment when the manager is in. She purposely restricts customers from entering the shop by placing a chalk sandwich board in the doorway. She tells people that this is to make everyone ‘comfortable’ when there are only 3 customers in the shop. She can be very rude to staff and customers and it’s best to avoid this shop at all costs.
