Matthew’s Hub is such an amazing charity, without the help and support I’m not sure where we would be right now! The day Betty came into our lives was a game changer for us, we feel so lucky to have experienced her knowledge, care, support and kindness which, as dramatic as it sounds, has changed our lives massively!
As a parent, I have also recently attended my first workshop with the help from Betty, I have learnt so much already and am looking forward to attending next week!
Thank you for everything ?

An amazing organisation with an amazing community. Matthews Hub offers advice and support in relation to employment, education, housing, benefits, health, and diagnosis. They do a great job in supporting people and it is a great service to help people grow. I really recommend this service

Awful place, completely discriminated against my daughter and staff made no effort or showed any interest in supporting our family- they want easy placid kids so they can get the funding for little work! Avoid them like the plague!

Really love and appreciate this place. Son is Autistic and does struggle with socialising and social cues. He is now enjoying going for music it's baby steps with him so has only gone to music. There's always something going on during the week for young adults on the spectrum. They offer so much support as they have a councilor there to help the young adults. As a parent this is something that we need more off. It's for those over 16 tho.

I go to Matthews Hub several times a week. And am currently attending arts and crafts sessions. I've been to other support services and it's felt like I could get a job there by searching for autism on Wikipedia!! Matthews hub have taken the time to get to know me as an individual and not pigeon holed me as an autistic stereotype.. We all have different strengths, weaknesses and interests and the staff know that. They're invaluable. Every city should have a place like this!!

Poor experience, bad communication and unorganised. Particular problem with one staff member, with no accountability of poor practice.
