I absolutely love MYA. After being with Job Centre Plus for over a year and then coming to MYA, the differences are apparent straight away, as soon as you step in. The space is brighter, more welcoming and the work coaches are happier to help you. More posters and leaflets with youth and training opportunities (a VERY wide range, music, media, construction and more). As a young homeless person, MYA has helped me with apprenticeship work and provided me with means of getting to and from a job and overall care for young people's wellbeing. You're spoken to with respect and dignity unlike some work coaches at Job Centre Plus. 5 stars to MYA 🙂 <3
