Our OT recommended switch-adapted toys for our son and MERU have a super range. Products arrived quickly and are lovely quality. We haven't yet used the facility to adapt a favourite toy but are sure we will do so in the future - what a great service to offer. Thank goodness this company exists.

This iPad soft touch jacket is ideal for special needs adults and children. Can be used with a special bracket (recommend) or hand held with its easy grip handle. The service was good and ordering was easy. This is a charity business but the specialist products are new.

Lovely people to deal with. We had a few delivery issues (one product arrived not working correctly, the replacement looked like DHL had kept it in a fish tank before delivery - not MERU's fault). The team at Meru sought to put these issues right and we're very helpful. Our daughter is very happy with the product now it is here!

I ordered my flexi 3 in July for my Grandson! After realising that the ipad cover was too big for our ipad, it was apparent that I had ordered the wrong size! Julie Harris was so helpful and patient with me. My Grandson was then admitted into hospital for 3 weeks in London and the ipad case was in Surrey! Julie was happy to wait the 3 weeks so I could sent it back, once he returned!
I then ordered a larger 13" ipad, Julie informed me that they didnot stock 13" cases, she advised me to order one from another company , which I did! and again was patient whilst I was waiting delivery. Once I received it I sent it to Julie to be customised to fit the flexi legs! and she organised it straight away, sending back to me in a short time.!!
Such a brilliant first experience with this company and brilliant customer service from Julie who went above and beyond! She's truly a credit to this company and empathetic in what difficulties parents/ Grandparents and carers are going through!

I bought a Cowhorn knob, for my Ultimarc Ultrastik (joystick), used with the Xbox Adaptive Controller (XAC). The knob is amazing quality and it works great.

The Meru shop is great! This shop sells lots of different items to make the life’s of disabled people better. I would recommend this shop to anyone who has a disability.

Disgusted tried numerous times to contact these people and buy a trumpet holder to no avail. Stressed out my skull as don't know if they've taken the money or even kosher
