85% are taking smack and crack and stealing clothes out the lardery

Most staff are nice but some are rude, makes visiting a friend or relative impossible as they won't buzz intercom in room. Main staff member that's a tool is the old guy with the wolly hat at reception (think his names ben) he's rude and mutters stuff under his breath and heard him saying stuff about different residents. Can't believe this guy works here with such a poor attitude, not professional at all and I can rest assured the other comment about staff is 100% about this guy as he's a tool.

This complex is not very safe, it is possible to enter your privacy without rent, most importantly, the staff do not care about your personality at all.

Some staff are kind and very helpful. Though some were beyond rude, insensitive, invasive and only joy is to see the back of you, or even to make comments about you the moment they think your back is turned.
